The admissions process varies depending on the programme each applicant is applying for. However, the typical admissions process at Esade comprises of the following steps;

• Applicant’s CV (If applying for an MBA note that; one of the key requirements to be eligible for an MBA programme at Esade is to possess a minimum of 2 years' full-time professional experience post-graduation.)

• A recent, passport-sized photograph with white background

• A scan of the applicant’s identity card for Spanish citizens or passport for EU and non-EU nationals

• Two recommendation letters

After submitting the necessary documents, applicants will have to submit a non-refundable application fee and complete the application form with their electronic signature. After submitting the application, applicants will be required to upload several necessary documents through the student portal. These documents include;

• Bachelor’s degree certificates and transcripts
• GRE/GMAT unofficial scores
• Esade admission test
• English proficiency test scores

After the completion of this step, the application will be considered by the admissions team and the applicant will have to keep a constant check on their application via the student portal. The next stage includes an official interview with an associate director of admissions which will be conducted either in person or online. The Sant Cugat campus has;

• a multi confessional space open to all called the Matteo Ricci Chapel
• a shop for campus merchandise
• a modern and a comfortable gymnasium.

Esade Madrid campus encompasses two adjacent buildings equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, meeting rooms, social areas, and cafeterias, providing a comprehensive environment for academic and social activities.

Students also get access to the Esade library facilities which comprises of physical academic resources, e-books, e-journals, other e-resources and even virtual reality tools. This library offers online access to students while they are away from campus to utilise their electronic services.

For students looking to brush up their language centric skills, the business school offers support of their language centre which is comprised of 33 professional educators from diverse backgrounds.

Esade houses a Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CTL), promoting the institution’s innovation in teaching and learning. This centre facilitates four main elements in the teaching and learning process;

• training and teaching consultancy tasks along with necessary resources
• maintaining continuous improvement in teaching methodologies
• designing learning experiences and programmes
• designing online and on-site learning spaces incorporating strategic use of technology and innovation
