Philosophy Rankings

The World University Rankings by Subject have revealed the top universities for studying philosophy. Among over 200 universities ranked for philosophy degrees this year, there were no new entrants in the top 10 list. Four of the top 10 universities are based in the US, while the UK, Germany, Australia, and Canada also have representation. Despite being ranked fifth overall, the University of Oxford stands out with the best score for the H-index indicator, reflecting the productivity and impact of its research department. This list showcases the leading institutions globally for pursuing a degree in philosophy.
