Everyone from everywhere is more than welcome to the University of Porto!According to each cycle of studies and your nationality, at the University of Porto, you'll find different rules for the applications and admissions.Bachelor DegreeAre you a citizen from a member state of the UE? Or legally residing in Portugal on the 1st of January of the year in which you intend to enroll in higher education for more than two years, continuously? Are you family of a foreign citizen that holds a resident permit for more than two years? You can apply for the 1st cycle known as the Bachelor's Degree, through a national call to enroll in a public institution of higher education.If you do not have Portuguese nationality or are from a Member State of the European Union, you should apply through a national system designed for international students who want to access the Bachelor's Degree.
